CONWAY, Jeanne Aileen - Age 92, formerly of Flint, died Sunday, June 12, 2016. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00 PM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. Dwight Ezop celebrant. Burial in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to The Humane Society of Genesee County. Mrs. Conway was born March 1, 1924 in Flint, the daughter of Clarence H. and Florene (Curtiss) Schlinker. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School and had attended Baylor University. She married Patrick Edward Conway January 24, 1944 in Drewfield, FL and he preceded her in death January 12, 1958. Mrs. Conway was employed as a office assistant for Dr. John Malone for many years. Surviving are: 3 children, Patricia Jeanne and husband Arthur Thomas of Harrisville, Beth Ann Conway of Roscommon, and Michael J. Conway of Roscommon; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Nancy Cecilia Esseltine; brothers, Curtiss Schlinker and Clarence "Buddy" Schlinker, Jr.; sisters, Virginia Wofbrandt, Mary Jane McIntyre, and Frances Richardson; and 2 grandchildren, Barbara and Patrick Driscoll.
