Jean Zenner

ZENNER, Jean Yvonne - Age 89, of Westland formerly of Traverse City, died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her residence. A private graveside service will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association or to a charity of your choice. Jean was born August 24, 1926 in Traverse City, the daughter of Thomas and Nellie (Smith) Ankerson. She was a graduate of Traverse City High School. She married Lavern Zenner November 9, 1946 in Kingsley. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Lavern; children, Gloria and husband Jerry Hull of South Lyon, Dee and husband Richard Butler of Linden, Duane and wife Julie Zenner of Plymouth, Douglas Zenner of Hartland, and Dennis and wife Stacey Zenner of Westland; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; brother, Jerry and wife Shirley Ankerson of Traverse City; and several nieces and nephews.
