Jean Holecek

HOLECEK, Jean Marie - Age 87, of Perry, died Wednesday August 19, 2020. A Funeral Mass  will be celebrated 1PM Monday August 24, at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek. Father Louis Ekka celebrant. Burial to follow at St. Mary Queen of Angels Cemetery, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held Sunday 4PM-8PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek with a 7PM Rosary being prayed. Visitation will also be held 11AM until time of Mass at the church. Jean was born January 8, 1933 in Detroit, the daughter of Frank and May (Novak) Tykosky. Mrs. Holecek was a registered nurse and loved to take care of people. Jean worked in the Detroit, Genesee and Shiawassee County areas. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and all her K-9 companions. Surviving are: children, Kenneth John Green of Flint, William Lewis (Susan) Green of Perry, Ann Carol (Gary) Schultz of Perry; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Frank Tykosky Jr. of Ypsilanti and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and May Tykosky and four sons, David Michael Green, James Norbert Green, Thomas Eric Green and Jeffrey Joseph Green.
