Jean Daves

Jean A. Daves "Nanny" - Age 82, of Highland, passed away November 24, 2021. Jean was born March 15, 1939 in Washington, MI, the daughter of Milton and Hazel Dawson and grew up on a dairy farm. She was married to Douglas Daves, the love of her life, for over 60 years; he preceded her in 2019. Jean was a loving and sweet mother and grandmother. She enjoyed watching The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She loved her cat, Fluffy. Jean is survived by her children, Cindy and Rob; grandchildren, Kyle and Mollie; many FAVORITE nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Dale, Don, Howard and Neil. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will follow in Rose Center Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 PM until the time of service.
