SARGENT, Jay Allen - Age 60, of Flint, died May 29, 2017. Memorial service will be held 5PM Monday June 12, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Visitation will be held 2PM Monday until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to a Drug Rehabilitation program of choice. Jay was born December 30, 1956 in Flint. He was the son of Richard and Faye Belle Sargent. He was an official "Beecher Creature." He retired from General Motors. Jay is survived by his two children, Shanda (James) Stanfill of Burton; Jay Sargent of Flint; grandchildren, Ashlee, Dylan, Lizzie, Brezlin and Jay; great-grandaughter, Evelynn; brothers, Richard Sargent and Tracy Sargent; sister, Roxanne Sargent.
