COLEMAN, Janice Y.- Age 68, of Pigeon formerly of Flint, died Sunday, February 17, 2008 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek.  Rev. Jack Johnston officiating.  Burial following in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-9 PM Tuesday.  Those desiring may make contributions to Visiting Nurse Services of Michigan (McLaren Hospice), 1515 Cal Dr., Davison, MI 48422 or United Hospice of Imlay City, 2770 Main St., Marlette, MI 48453.  Janice was born April 5, 1939 in Flint, the daughter of Clyde L. and Mary (Watson) Anderson.  She married Murland S. Coleman June 1, 1963 in Flint.  She has resided in Pigeon since 1995, coming from Flint.  She retired in 1995 from McLaren Regional Medical Center as a Switch Board Operator. Surviving are:husband, Murland; 2 children, Curtis M. Coleman and Janice Ashley of Flint and Cynthia Y. and husband Gerald Srp of Linden;2 grandchildren, Ryan and Nathan Srp of Linden; 2 brothers, Norman Anderson of Flint Township and Charles and wife Maxine Anderson of Flint; many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters and 1 brother.  Online condolence and tributes may be posted at the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
