Janet Ruth Baldwin

BALDWIN, Janet Ruth - Age 67, of Linden, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Linden Presbyterian Church, 119 W. Broad St, Linden. Pastor Dawn Russell officiating. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden Friday from 4-8 PM and at church Saturday from 12 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Susan G. Komen. 

Janet was born June 18, 1957 in Highland Park, the daughter of Paul and Evelyn (Dearing) Talbott. She was a 1975 graduate of Redford Union High School in Redford. She also was a graduate of The New York Institute of Photography. She married Lawrence "Larry" Stewart Baldwin, Jr. May 11, 1991 in Livonia. Janet had resided in Linden since 1994 coming from Redford. She and her husband, Larry owned and operated Excalibur Lawn Maintenance in Linden. She was a member of Linden Presbyterian Church, where she was a Deacon and previously the Sunday School Superintendent. She enjoyed reading, creating and writing poetry as JRB originals. She also was an Diehard Detroit Lions fan

Surviving are: her husband, Larry; children, Kristen (Curt) March of Linden, Ryan (Megan) Goers of Canton, Erin (Luke) Edwards of Howell, Lance Baldwin (Amanda Bollon) of Linden, Samantha Baldwin (Josh Stokes) of Swartz Creek, Michael (Allison) Bond of Austin, TX and Matthew (Griselda) Bond of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Courtney, Marisa, Emily, Anya-Lynn, Oliver, Logan, Henry, Kevin, Natalie, Emleigh and Evelyn; sisters, Kathy (Ernie) Bell of Lapeer, Susan Johnson of Farmington and Carolyn (Chris) Kerr of Livonia; and several nieces and nephews.
