Jamie Linford

Linford , Jamie Patrick - Age 65, of Fenton, died May 26, 2022. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday May 30 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Jay Coldwell officiating. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of the funeral at 2 PM on Monday May 30. Services 1 PM Monday June 6 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to The Boy's and Girl's Club of America.

Jamie was born March 21, 1957 in Garden City, Michigan, the son of Ronald and Kathleen (Irwin) Linford. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving from 1974-1978. Jamie married Sharon Atkins on May 16, 1980. He worked as an Adjuster for Otis Elevator for many years before retirement. Jamie had  abundant energy, he always went "a mile a minute." He was there for everyone anytime "at the drop of a hat." He enjoyed collecting Toy Cap Guns. He was always in attendance at his grandchildren's sporting events.

Surviving are: wife of 42 years, Sharon; two sons, Aaron Michael (Claire) Linford of Saline, Brian Joseph Linford of Fenton; two grandchildren, Marcus Jamie Linford and Jane Barbara Linford. siblings, Gary (Mary Ellen) Wasiak, Christopher Wasiak, Kelly (Deb) Linford, Brooke (Linda) Linford; sister-in-law, Jeannie Linford; brother-in-law, Michael McCarville; and many nieces and nephews.
