James F. Wezell

WEZELL, James F.  Age 57, of Chesaning, died Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at his residence. Services will be held 12 PM Saturday, November 13, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held 12-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Wezell was born November 23, 1946 in Flint, the son of Frank James and Faye Frances (Convis) Wezell. He married Carol Ann Sturgis on September 9, 1966 in Skidway Lake, MI. Mr. Wezell retired from Carman Ainsworth School District in 1993. He was an avid outdoorsman with enjoyed hunting, especially duck hunting. He was a member of the Durand Eagles Club. Jim was an awesome husband, dad and grandpa. Surviving are: wife, Carol Ann of Chesaning; three sons, James Wezell, Jr. and wife, Kristi of SC, Richard Wezell and wife, Karen, Warren Wezell and wife, Jill, all of Corunna; daughter, Lisa Wezell and Jesse of Durand; 14 grandchildren, Jen, Alex, Angie, Shelby, James, Rey, B.J., Mandi, Brandi, Sam, Chey, Stephanie, James Ricco, and Skylar; mother, Faye Wezell of Davison; sister, Nancy and husband, Tom Jackson of Flint; several nieces and nephews.
