James Wakeman

WAKEMAN, James Robert - age 78, of Fenton, died May 27, 2021. Funeral services will be held 11 AM June 4, 2021 at Fellowship Bible Church, Fellowship Bible Church, 2500 Hartland Rd, Hartland, MI 48353 with Pastor Howard Wideman officiating. Interment will follow at Hartland Cemetery. Visitation will be held 9 AM - 11 AM Friday at the church. James was born August 17, 1942 in Howell, the son of Kenneth Robert and Arola Mae (Hill) Wakeman. He married Joann Delores Dart on July 9, 1982 and she preceded him in death on September 5, 2020. James was a dairy farmer and spent his entire life on the family farm. Surviving are:  three children, Christine Robinson Eatmon, Bremen Wakeman, and Julie Robinson Schafer; granddaughter, Stephanie Kensie Schafer; siblings, Burton (NanCie) Wakeman and Kathy (Chuck) Johnson; many nieces and nephews.
