James Donald "Don" TIDWELL

TIDWELL, James Donald "Don" - Age 56, of Swartz Creek, died August 22, 2013. Services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, August 27 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pat Thomas officiating. Visitation will be 12-2 PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the James "Don" Tidwell Memorial Fund, for his children. Don was born March 7, 1957 in Flint the son of Billy and Betty (Henson) Tidwell. He married Kathleen A. Thomas in July 29, 1977. He worked for Andy's Statewide. Surviving are: wife Kathleen; children, Jenna and Cody, all of Swartz Creek; father Billy of Flint Township; two brothers, Rick (Debra) of Burton, Grady of Swartz Creek; sister Charlotte Cooksey of Flint Township; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Tom Morris, Coland Lagrande, Roy and Betty Bimberg; and his beloved dog Sparky.
