James Anderson

ANDERSON, James T. - age 80, of Linden, passed away February 24, 2020. Cremation arrangements handled by Sharp Funeral Homes Linden Chapel. 209 E. Broad St., Linden.Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Hospice group of donors choice.

James was born January 23, 1940 in Lexington, KY, the son of Walter B. and Nell (Pinkstaff) Anderson. He married  Janice I. Durbin in Murphy, NC December 26, 1962. James proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was employed as a Sales Engineer for many years with E & E Engineering in Warren, MI. James was well versed in Electrical, Mechanical and Design Engineering. He was also an accomplished Pilot and was a Flight Instructor at Detroit City, Howell, and Ann Arbor Airports. James was a member of E.A.A. and A.O.P.A. He was a Marathon runner and enjoyed woodworking and tinkering.

James is survived by: wife, Janice; sons, Jon (Stacy) Anderson, and James Thomas Anderson; grandchildren, Thomas James Anderson, and Jordyne Anderson.

James was preceded in death by: parents; sister Joellen Anderson; brother Thomas Anderson.
