James Robert Rouse

Rouse, James Robert - Age 80, of Grand Blanc, died February 11, 2025. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 11 AM Wednesday, February 19 until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. James was born October 13, 1944 in Flint, the son of Russell and Mary Ida Rouse. He married Sharon Marie Oxford on June 19, 1965, she preceded him in death July 28, 2020. James retired from General Motors. He enjoyed his cars, motorcycles and golf. James was a hockey referee for many years. He also enjoyed working on the house and the yard. James is survived by his son, Jeff (Robin) Rouse of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Kenedy, Kamryn, and Kayden; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Rouse and Mary Ida Nelson; 2 brothers, Don and Jack Rouse; sister, Barbara Hitchcock.
