James D. PARR Jr.

PARR, Jr., James D. age 52 of Flint, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Hurley Medical Center. James was born in Flint, November 4, 1957 the son of James D. and Joyce (Barrentine) Parr, Sr. He was a Flint area resident most of his life. James was a graduate of Powers Catholic High School and was a mail carrier employed by the U.S. Post Office Cody Station for many years. Surviving are his three children; James D. Parr III, Daniel A. Parr and Elizabeth J.Parr, all of Pacifica, California. Also surviving are his father and step-mother, James D. Parr, Sr. and Deborah Parr, his sister, Tammy Hayes and brother, Timothy Parr and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation, by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Grand Blanc Twp. has taken place, however a memorial service will take place at a later date.
