James Owens Sr.

Owens James David Sr.- Age 83, of Burton, died April 5, 2023. Private family services will be held with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc.  Arrangements handled by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. James was born June 29, 1939 in Big Rapids, MiI He married Genevieve Marie Hafley on May 9, 1959, she preceded him in death May 24, 2013. James retired from D&C Plumbing in Ann Arbor. He loved to fly model airplanes. James spent all of his time with his family. He is survived by his 3 children, James David (Susanne) Owens Jr., Thomas Lee Owens, Dawn Marie Owens; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Leedy.
