James A. Mills, III

Mills, James A, III - Age 34 of Flint, passed away September 7, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, September 12 at the home on Wolcott Street. James, born in Flint on June 16, 1973, carried on the family business of rental properties and home repair. James left behind two wonderful children, Riley and Caleb; two very dear step-daughters, Alyssa and Hannah; parents, Jim and Jackie Mills; brothers, Marc Gere and Jamie Mills; sisters, Tracie (Mitch) Chandler, Denise (Wendell) Matson, Shelly (Chadd) Straw, Lori (Jason) Keene, and several beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. He also left behind two loved aunts, Opal (Stan) Terbinski and Shirley (John) Porritt. James was especially close to Steven and Brenda Limmer and their children, his grandfather Jimmy Hammond, and uncle, Steven Gere. James was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey J. Mills; grandmother, Emily M. Hammond; grandparents, James A., Sr. and Ruth R. Mills.
