James Militello

Militello, James Alvin - Age 68, of Flint, died June 4, 2019. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday June 7 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, our temporary location Hill Creek Church 5363 Hill Road Swartz Creek (Mundy Township). Fr. James Mangan officiating. Interment to follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10AM Friday until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to one's choice. James was born April 15, 1951, the son of Dominic and Elizabeth (Lorts) Militello. He was a graduate of St. Michael's Catholic School. James retired from the Golden Gate Restaurant. He loved the Detroit Tigers. James was a wonderful cook and a kind and gentle soul. He is survived by his 4 sisters: Ann Marie (James) Neff of Cadillac, Katharine (John) Racine of Grand Blanc, Barb (Bob) Whitcomb of Flushing, Beth (Barry) Edwards of Southaven, Mississippi.; many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.
