James Frederick LePARD

LePARD, James Frederick - Age 70, of Fenton, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 2:00 PM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Heartland Hospice or to any Hospice of your choice. Jim was born September 3, 1939 in Goodrich, the son of Sumner Frank and Clara Mae (Sharland) LePard. He married Karen Schalk February 9, 2001 in Hawaii. He owned and managed Fenton Collision for 15 years. He had resided in Fenton since 1985 coming from Grand Blanc. Surviving are: wife, Karen; son, Steven James LePard of Nashville; daughter, Susan Judith and husband Martin Ehman of Chelsea; stepsons, Delbert and wife Mercy Burke of California and Dean and wife Bridget Burke of Kentucky; 5 grandchldren, Sean and Jessica, Kaitlin, Brooke and David; 2 brothers, Robert F. and wife Ellen LePard of Flint and Joseph S. and wife Joan LePard of Grand Blanc; sister, Judith Ann LePard of Grand Blanc; several nieces and nephews.
