James is survided by his daughters, Carrie Ryder (Dan Jenkins)and Brenda Lee (Lei Ann Sales); grandchildren, Austin Ryder and Logan McDowell; brothers Grady (Shirley) Lee of Flint, Robert (Ruth)Lee of S. Carolina; sister, Madeline and Jim McDougall of Florida; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Iola Lee.
