James Laurence "Wee Wil" HAZARD

HAZARD, James Laurence "Wee Wil" - age 75, of Flint, died Friday, January 4, 2013 at his residence. Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Pastor Darrell Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-9 PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Crippled Childrens Fund. Mr. Hazard was born May 19, 1937 in Flint, the son of William Edward Hazard and Dorothy (Duford) June. He married Dianne (Sullivan) Kalanquin on July 18, 1981. Mr. Hazard was a 32nd Degree Mason in the Charles A. Durant Lodge. He was a Shrine Clown "Wee Wil" for over 40 years. Mr. Hazard retired from General Motors with 33 years of service. He loved to fish, hunt, travel and "clowning around". He was a loving and devoted husband and will be greatly missed by: wife, Dianne; seven children, Jon (Fran) Hazard, Brian (Terry) Hazard, Joel Hazard, Brenda Hazard, Jenny (Alex) Steiner, Mike Kalanquin, Tammy (Kevin) Roberts; nine grandchildren, Donald, Michael, Jessica, Melissa, Andrew, Chelsea, Alysha, Samantha, and Eric; great-granddaughter, Mahayla; two sisters, Ruthann (Carl) Lepard, Dorothy (Jim) Hull; several nieces and nephews.
