DART, James Edward, age 64, of Owosso, died Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Memorial Healthcare, Owosso. A Native American Funeral Service will be 3PM Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Celia Perez-Booth, Pipe Carrier will officiate. Military Honors will be served under the auspices of Swartz Creek VFW / Am Vets Post #3720 following services at the funeral home. The family will receive friends 12PM Saturday until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. James was born August 25, 1943 in Flint, the son of Herman Dart and Gertrude Harrington. He grew up in the Flint/ Burton area and graduated from Atherton High School in 1962. Â James joined the USAF in 1963 where he learned his lifelong craft of denture making. James enjoyed everyday and made everyday a holiday. He loved meeting new people, four wheeling, motorcycling, cooking, music and especially his family. Survivors are his daughter, Angela Ade (Edward); like a daughter, Amy Estephan (Jack); 3 grandchildren, Elmer Hall, Michael and Emily Ade; 2 great-grandchildren, Mitchell and Sunny Hall; 8 siblings, Sandra Baumgard (Rod), Diana Conner (Dan), Donna Attardi (Charles), George Arnett (Sue), Danis Arnett, Bonnie Dues (Barry), Robert Arnett (Barb), William Dart; close friends, Rosie and Ken Guoan; and many other loving nieces, nephews and close friends.
