James Harold Couch

Couch, James  Harold - Age 80, of  Fenton, died September 18, 2023. Services were held 12 PM Friday, October 13 at the Fenton United Methodist Church, 119 S. Leroy St., Fenton, Pastor Jeff Jaggers officiating. Committal service was at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. 

James  was born February 16, 1943 in Gastonia, North Carolina, the son of Reid and Elizabeth Ann (Wright) Couch. He married Elli Hickman on October 28, 1967. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a retired U.S. Post office clerk. He loved muscle cars; the '67 Corvette was probably his favorite. He was a devoted loving husband, father and grandfather. Surviving are: his wife of 55 years, Elli; children, Son (Rebecca) Do, David (Annette) Couch, Nu (Phuong) Cao, Long (Thuy) Do; grandchildren, Kimberly, Michael, Jacob, Makayla, Caleb, Evelyn, Kayla, Bella, Andrew, Anna, Jenny, and Julia.  

He was preceded in death by his parents.
