James Brumback

BRUMBACK, James Ronald - age 81, of Fenton, died Thursday, April 26, 2018. Services will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Interment will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be 11:30 AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Wounded Warrior Project. James was born November 5, 1936 in Parkland Hospital, Dallas, TX, the son of Robert and Lorene (White) Brumback. He graduated from Flint Northern High School in 1955 and then graduated from Michigan State University in 1960. James was active in the Fenton Little League where he was a coach and vice president. He was employed by Delphi, retiring in 2002 as a Supervisor. after retirement, he became manager of the Fenton Walmart Sporting Goods Department. Surviving are: his beloved wife, Marilyn; children, Mark, Bradley, Laura, Janine Matheson, Amy Abbey, and Christopher George; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
