BROAD, James Edward -- Age 52, of Swartz Creek, died November 23, 2014 at his residence. Services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, December 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Visitation from 12-1 PM Tuesday. James was born March 10, 1962 in Flint the son of Richard and Patricia (Treloar) Broad. He attended Calvary Community Church. He was a member of F.O.E. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, Nascar and building things. Surviving are: mother, Patricia (Dave) Goward of Brant; daughter, Delores (Jason) Smith of Flint; siblings, Lori (Ron)Wright of Mt. Morris, Lisa (Jim) Hixenbaugh of Flint, Debbie Kirby of Owosso, Scott Koplen of Brant, Pamela (Mark) Clark of Chesaning; grandma, Naomi Broad; Aunt Moo; several nieces and nephews; dear friend, Mitch Savage.
