WILLIAMS, Jacqueline H. - Age 87, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, January 28, 2018. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday, February 2, 2018 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek. Fr. Steven Makranyi celebrant. Burial in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc, Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek Thursday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM; and at church Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to The Alliance for the Mentally Ill. Jacqueline was born June 3, 1930 in Flint, the daughter of Alfred and Delia (Rivette) Croteau. She was a 1948 graduate of Flint Northern High School. She married Donald L. Williams October 22, 1949 in Flint and he preceded her in death July 14, 1993. She retired in 1980 from AC Spark Plug after 32 1/2 years of service. Jacqueline was a member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church and a former member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Burton. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, reading, and gardening. Surviving are: her children, David Williams of San Rafael, CA, Daniel Williams of Swartz Creek, Steven Williams of Swartz Creek, and Laura (Thomas) Kinney of Commerce Township; grandchildren, Anna (William) Martin, Rebecca (Brad) Stevens, Vanessa Wright, Samantha (Randy) Boos, Aaron Williams, Nathaniel Williams, Kaitlyn Kinney, and Shane Kinney; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sons, Brian and Stanley Williams; brothers, Albert, Harold, and Romaine Croteau; sisters, Marie Gillette and Delphine Carney.
