SLOSAR, Jacqueline Joan - Age 69, of Fenton, died Thursday, July 20, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, July 23, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, Deacon Jim Corder will officiate. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Friday, 1-4 & 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be 10 AM Monday New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Arthritis Foundation. Jacqueline was born January 24, 1937 in Flint, the daughter of Richard and Helen (Moleski) Hathaway. She married Dick on August 18, 1956 in Flint, and he preceded her in death on June 29, 1999. After dedicating herself to raising her three children, Jacqueline was employed by Fenton Schools for 10 years as a food service manager. She had lived in the Fenton area since 1970 and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are her 3 Children, Tony Slosar and wife Lee Ann of Fenton, Julie Whaley and husband Ryan of Linden, Adam Slosar and wife Tonja of Gaylord; six grandchildren, Jack, John, Lydia, Benjamin, Joanie and Aiden; sister, DeLynn Gramer and husband Charles of Port Austin; brother, Richard Hathaway II and wife Barbara of Kingston; nieces and nephews. Mrs. Slosar was also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Angela Lynn.
