CHEADLE, Irene Chloe- Age 95, of Flint died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso. A memorial service will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek at 1 PM on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, with visitation from 11:00 am. until time of service. Irene was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on April 10, 1916. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing bingo, and spending time with her family. Surviving family: Sister, Mae Mansfield, Children, Gerry Mansfield, Jimmy Mansfield (Pauline Zayler), Rick Cheadle (Linda), David Cheadle (Jeanne), Donna Simons (Ben), Dan Cheadle (Sandi), and Linda Cheadle Johnson (Tim). Also surviving 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Irene was preceded in death by husband, Ward Cheadle, grandson, Jonathan Simons, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
