Hutchison, Guy Earl

HUTCHISON, Guy Earl, age 89 of Zephyrhills, Florida, formerly of Flint, died in Zephyrhills on Thursday, October 26, 2006.  Mr. Hutchison was born in Dugger, Indiana on January 23, 1917 the son of Burt and Lula (Bedwell) Hutchison.  He had lived in the Flint area for many years, moving to Florida in 1976. He was married to Marjorie Geer and she preceded him in death in 1989.  Later he married Marilyn Navarre. Mr. Hutchison had been employed by McDonald Dairy Co. in Flint for 21 years, retiring in 1966. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Zephyrhills, The Big Brothers for 21 years and was a past member of the Oddfellows Lodge. Surviving is his wife, Marilyn; son, Robert Hutchison and wife Janet of Flint; 3 grandchildren; Jeffrey (Penny), Jason and Jamie Hutchison; 2 great-grandchildren; Abbie and Haylee Hutchison;  step-grandsons; Michael Kallin and David (Amy) Kallin;  step great-granddaughter, MiKayla Kallin;  step-daughter, Terry Ann (Laurence) Birmingham and their children; Chad, Sarah and Matthew;  2 sisters, Doris McCain and Clara Rider and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc, Twp.  Pastor Allen Sudmann will officiate and burial will be in the Davison Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 P.M. Monday and on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until service time.
