Henry Swyrtek

Swyrtek, Henry W. - Age 91, of Swartz Creek, died November 4, 2018. Private family services will be held. Henry was born September 6, 1927 in Washington, PA., the son of Frank and Mary (Svecek) Swyrtek. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Henry worked for GM - SPO retiring in 1988. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and dancing. Henry also volunteered for the Red Cross. He was a member of Swartz Creek VFW, Dom Polski, and the Burton Eagles. Henry is survived by his three children: Frank (Denise) Swyrtek of Swartz Creek, John Swyrtek of Swartz Creek, Susan (Jerry) Lathrop of Battle Creek; grandchildren: Bryan, Candace, Michael, Bradley, Kyle, Sarah, Michelle; several great-grandchildren; loving companion: Mary Waelde; many nieces and nephews.
