GILLILAND, Henrietta M. - Age 56, of Bancroft, died Thursday, June 24, 2004 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held 10 AM Monday, June 28, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden, Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 7-9 PM Saturday, 1-9 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Henrietta Gilliland Memorial Fund. Henrietta was born October 19, 1947 in Flint the daughter of Thomas and Leora (Ogg) Townsend. She married Fred Gilliland on September 4, 1971 in Linden. Surviving are: husband Fred; 9 children, Sheila (Jim) Robbins, Tony (Cindy) Gilliland, Tracy (Laurie) Gilliland, Jim (Tammy) Smith, Rhonda (Jeff) Taylor, Leah Gilliland (Charlie Cooper), Freddie Gilliland Jr., Henry Gilliland, Clayton Gilliland; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; parents, Thomas and Leora Townsend; 3 brothers, Tom (Patty) Townsend, George Townsend, Wilmer (Nancy) Townsend; sister, Kathleen Weston; many nieces and nephews.
