Helen Anderson

Anderson, Helen Rose - Age 85, of Holly, died August 25, 2019. Services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday September 5 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Helen was born January 18, 1934 in Detroit the daughter of Michael and Rose (Zachowski) Holowecki. She was a graduate of Cooley High School. She married Ronald Lee Anderson on February 7, 1953. Helen worked as a Travel Agent with Travel Masters retiring in 1984. She had resided in Holly since 1992 coming from Westland. Helen was an amazing grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to cook and spoiled everyone with her wonderful cooking. She enjoyed boating and snowmobiling with her husband.Surviving are husband of 66 years, Ronald; children, Ronald Jr. of Florida, Christine Frye (Clint Cone) of Livonia, Michelle (Doug) Zyngier of Metamora; grandchildren, Charlene Rose Anderson (Curtis), Alexander Parkyn, Natalie Rose Parkyn, Sydnei (Justin) Tignanelli; her Moroccan grandchildren, Othmane and Ali Sekkat; great-grandchildren, Zoey Rose Anderson, Toby Anderson, Thomas Tignanelli, Isabella Tignanelli; brother Michael James (Sylvia) Holowecki; several nieces and nephews.
