ROSE, Helen M - age 82, of Maryland, formerly of Fenton, died Friday, May 16, 2008 at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, MD. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, May 22, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., with Fr. Bosco Padamattummal celebrant. Interment will be held at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a scripture service will be held at 7:30 PM Wednesday evening. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Tri-County Hospice, 111 Executive Point Blvd., Columbia, SC 29210. Mrs. Rose was born April 20, 1926 in Flushing, the daughter of Andrew and Mary Pabis. She married Floyd James Rose on April 19, 1947 in Flushing and he preceded her in death on February 22, 2002. Surviving are: three children, Gayle and husband, Thomas Wenta of Severna Park, MD, Marty Rose and wife, Sharon of Lexington, SC, Matthew Rose and wife, Renee of Louisville, KY; six grandchildren, Maryn Rose, Logan Hope, Torin Kaiao Wenta, Zachary Matthew, Tyler James, and Cody James Rose; sister, Carolyn Fults.
