Helen Moore

MOORE, Helen June - Age 88, of Fenton, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on August 4, 2014. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Chris Tenneriello will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Bibles International. Helen was born August 26, 1925 in Plainwell, MI, the daughter of Alfred and Florence Ellendorf. She was married to Rev. L.S. "Joe" Moore on July 26, 1945; he preceded her in death on September 17, 2003. Helen was a longtime Womens Bible Study teacher and was a Pastor's Assistant to her husband at Baptist Churches in Milford, Belleville and Granite Falls, MN. Helen was a loving wife, mother, friend and spiritual guide to many. Surviving are: daughter, Sharon Chirrup of Homosassa Springs, FL; sister, Judy Brock; brother, John Ellendorf; many nieces, nephews, family and friends, including the Warford, Rupp and Golightly families.
