DAWSON, Helen Mary - Age 88, of Fenton, died Monday, April 2, 2012. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, April 9, 2012 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held 11-3 & 5-8 PM Saturday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton and from 10 AM until the time of Mass Monday at church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Helen Mary was born July 17, 1923 in Linden, the daughter of Russell and Mary (Walsh) Sage. She was married to David W. Dawson; he preceded her in death in 1998. Mrs. Dawson was an active member of St. John Parish. Helen Mary was loved and cherished by all who knew her. Surviving are: children, David Terrence Dawson, Laurel (Terrence) Petiprin, Denise (Gerald) Allen, Margaret Dawson, Mark (Linda) Dawson; grandchildren, Tony, Jamie, Mindi, Jodie, Mark, Saxon, Molly; great-grandchildren. Hanna, Ryan, Jacob, Michael, Ben, Jack, Eleanor, Samantha, Madeline, Urban, Blake, Saxon Jr., Jake; sister, Celia Adams; brother, Harold.
