Helen Lois Anderson

ANDERSON, Helen Lois - age 74, of Linden, went to be with the Lord on September 25, 2007, after a long battle with liver disease. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Linden Free Methodist Church, 13274 S. Linden Rd., Linden with Pastor Mike Anderson and Pastor Harvey Frey co-officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Thursday and 3-9 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Gift of Life. Helen was born July 11, 1933 in Wigville (Grand Blanc), MI, the daughter of Merrill and Ruth Helen Procunier. She married Bobby Anderson on May 10, 1974. Helen retired from General Motors Metal Fab in 1997 after 25 years of service. After retirement she enjoyed gardening and crafts with her husband, Bobby. She attended Linden Free Methodist Church. She enjoyed all her children, grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren. Surviving are: husband of 33 years, Bobby Anderson of Linden; daughters, Carol Anderson, Faith Denise (Chuck) Richmond, Connie (Scott) Smith, Janice Beard; sons, William B. (Darla) Beard, Jr., Paul (Sandy) Gilbert; step-children, Norma (Keith) Eskew, Brenda (Dennis) Eskew, Ken (Sandy) Anderson; 23 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Aitkens; many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and families. She was preceded in death by: father and step-mother, Merrill and Lillian Procunier; mother, Ruth Helen; daughter, Diana McLenna; sisters, Margie Gibson, Phyllis Dickenson; grandson, baby Wayne J.
