Hazel Mae Trombly

TROMBLY, Hazel Mae, age 76 of Flint died Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center.  Hazel was born in Swartz Creek on October 25, 1929 the daughter of David and Agness (Badgerow) Hill.  She has been an area resident all her lifetime.  Many years ago she had worked at the Fair department store.  Hazel was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo.  She is survived by 3 sisters;  Vera Wilson of Flint, Marjorie Moore and husband Denver of Flint, Bernice Frey and husband James of Warm Springs, Arkansas; brother, David Hill and wife Betty of Chicago; sister-in-law, Evelyn Wright of Flint. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Trombly, her parents and a sister, Esther Marsh.  Friends are invited to a graveside committal service to be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 8, 2006 at Sunset Hills Cemetery, James Frey will preside at the committal. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Cancer Research.  Arrangements were handled by the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Grand Blanc Township.
