Hazel Adams

ADAMS, Hazel Ruth Diane - Age 67, of Swartz Creek, died November 4, 2016 at her home. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. She grew up in Flint, Michigan, graduating from Hurley School of Nursing in 1983 and was employed at McLaren Hospital until retirement in 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Sarah Kathleen Willis of Arkansas and Jessica Marie-Lois Adams of Swartz Creek, Michigan; 2 grand children, Jerry Russell Willis, Vivian Lynn Willis, and her brother, Robert Autry of Grand Blanc, Michigan. Cremation has taken place per her wishes. Private family services have been held. Interment of cremated remains will be at Evergreen Cemetery, at a later date.
