Harout "Harry" Aydinian

Aydinian, Harout Toros "Harry" - Age 77, of Grand Blanc, died January 19, 2020. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Monday, January 27 at St. George Orthodox Church, 5191 Lennon Rd., Flint, Fr. Joseph Abud officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 1-6 PM Sunday with a 6 PM Trisagion service at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will also be 9 AM until the time of the funeral at the church on Monday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the family, St. John Armenian Church, Southfield, or St. George Orthodox Church, Flint. Harout was born May 11, 1942 in Jerusalem the son of Toros and Nevart (Tchalikan) Aydinian. He came to the United States in 1969. He married Ellen Gunnels on June 24, 1979 in Southfield. He owned and operated Harry's Fine Jewelry in Flint since 1975. He was a former Mason. Harry loved life. He was a people person. His family was his first priority. Harry made a lasting impression on everyone he met and he had a heart of gold. Surviving are: wife of 40 years, Ellen; daughter Natalie (Kyle) Root of Flushing; siblings, Ara (Hamest) Aydinian, Martha (Hrair) Simidian, Arpine Ajamian; many nieces and nephews.
