Harold Holland

Holland, Harold Franklin - Age 80, of Clio, died March 23, 2019. Funeral service will be held 1PM Sunday March 31 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Visitation will be held 2-8PM Saturday and from 11AM Sunday until the time of service at the funeral home. Harold was born March 22, 1939 in Huntington West Virginia, the son of Charles R. Holland and Blanche E. Hill. He retired from General Motors SPO with 31 years of service. Harold served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed watching sports, collecting antique cars, golf, fishing, socializing, cooking at hunting camp and loved playing Keno. Harold was a member of the Masonic Temple North Newburg # 161 in Durand, Fraternal Order of Eagles # 3485 in Mt. Morris and the American Legion # 225. He was appointed a special Deputy Sheriff for Genesee County. Harold is survived by his children: Pam (Louie) Aziz of Mt. Morris, Jim Holland of Millington, Rodney Holland of Clio, Rose (Joe) Cruz of Davison, Frank McLain of Davison; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister: Violet (John) Forbes of Florida; many nieces and nephews.
