Harold Andrew EICHORN

EICHORN, Harold Andrew - age 93 of Flint Twp., died Friday October 19, 2012 at McLaren, Flint. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Mayfair Bible Church 5339 W. Pierson Rd. Flushing, MI. with Pastor Jerry Beach and Dean Stewart Officiating. Interment in Great Lakes National Cemetery on Thursday. Visitation will be held Tuesday 2-8 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek and from 10 AM until the time of service Wednesday at church. Those desiring may make contributions to Mayfair Bible Church or a charity of one's choice. Mr. Eichorn was born February 3, 1919 in Flint, MI. the son of Andrew and Lila Eichorn. He married Frances Whaley Eichorn on December 27, 1947 in Clio, MI. He was a member of the Mayfair Bible Church, a graduate of Northern High School and served in the Navy during World War 2. Harold retired from Buick in 1972 He is survived by his wife Frances Eichorn, his children, Harold (Joyce) Eichorn of Flushing, Robert (Peggy) Eichorn of Flint, Richard (Marcia) Whaley of Byron and Patricia (Bill) Perkins of Kalamazoo; 15 Grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and sister Dorothy Slezsak of FL.
