COFFEL, Harold W., age 79 of Grand Blanc, died Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Caretel Inns of Linden. He was born on October 9, 1930 in Senath, Missouri the son of Clois J. and Lorine (Ford) Coffel. Harold has been a resident of Grand Blanc the past 14 years coming from Port Orange, Florida. He also had lived in Fenton, Garden City and Cardwell, Missouri. He married Geraldine Harrison , April 12, 1949 in Piggott, Missouri. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Harold retired from Ford Motor Company in 1988 after 32 years service. Surviving are his wife Geraldine; his children; Debra L.(Wes) Martzolff, Diann (Steve) Rupp, Steven D. Coffel and Lorri Ann (Jeff) Adams. Further survivors include 9 grandchildren; Jennifer Evans, Geoffrey Evans, Steven Rupp, Jr. Bryan Rupp, Elise Adams, Christopher Adams, Felicia Coffel, Justin Coffel and Brett Coffel. Also surviving are 3 great-grandchildren; Sydney, Madelynn and Collin. Harold was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joetta. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Sharp Funeral Home, 1000 Silver Lake Rd. Fenton. Mr. Jack Burcham and Mr. Jerry Daniels will officiate with burial to follow at Tyrone Memory Gardens. The family will receive visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
