H. Arnold Hanson

HANSON, H. Arnold- Age 69, of Fenton, died Monday, April 3, 2006. A service celebrating his life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 7, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes; Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1-4 and 6-9 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Michigan Major Projects Fund . Mr. Hanson was born December 26, 1936 in Hartford, CT, the son of Harry and Seva (Solomansson) Hanson. He married Carol Marie Swanson September 13, 1958 in Hartford, CT. He had resided in Fenton since 1999 coming from Grand Blanc. He retired from Allstate Insurance after 21 years of service, then was an agent for The Hanson-Goss Insurance Agency and also was a substitute bus driver for Fenton School District. He served in the National Guard and was a member of the Flint Elks Club #222. Surviving are: wife Carol; daughter, Ingrid Hanson and husband Aaron Goss of Fenton; 2 granddaughters, Lauren Marie and Payton Nora Goss; Brother, Rolf Kenneth Hanson and Edward Murawski of St. Petersburg, FL; brother-in-law, Gerald Roland Gleason of Maryland.
