Gwendolyn STEWART

STEWART, Gwendolyn (Burpee) age 64, of Flint, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at home. The family will have private services and ask for cards and condolences to be mailed to the care of Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint MI, 48507. Those desiring may make contributions to the family payable to Bill Stewart. Gwendolyn was born April 4, 1947 in Oscoda. MI the daughter of Everett and Olive (Polmounter) Burpee. She married William Stewart on September 27, 1974. Gwendolyn was a loving mother whose main purpose in life was spending time with her family and to have fun. She had a cheerful spirit and will be long remembered for being her own person. She also loved playing bingo and did so whenever and wherever she could. Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Bill; children, Kimberly Gunther, VaLinda Bell, Tammy Linsey, William "BJ" Stewart; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Torr (Donald); brother-in-lw, Gerald McFall; closest friend, Miss Eva Krake.
