Guy Moxam

Moxam, Guy Keith - Age 74, of Fenton, died February 17, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held 11am Friday, May 5 at Sharp Funeral Home, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-7pm Thursday, May 4;  and 10am Friday until the time of service. Guy lived a life filled with love, music, and humor and always put family first. Music was a constant and his guitars were an extension of him - playing daily, performing throughout the community, writing witty and pithy songs - always keeping time. He was always up for a good discussion, loved learning and was curious about the world around him. Guy approached finances with fascination and quickly discovered a gift for helping people with their investments. He retired from Raymond James having been with the firm for over 30 years as a financial advisor. Guy savored life, laughed heartily, enjoyed a good glass of bourbon at the end of the day, and delighted in each and every sunset. Guy leaves behind the love of his life, Linda, two daughters, Angela (Buster) Smith and Sarah (Lucas) Hess, grandchildren, Sophia Hess, Essence, Jaelon, Justice and Lee Smith, brother, Frank Moxam, sister, Molly (Gregg) Kalifut, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Andrew Moxam and parents, Beth and Keith Moxam. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift in his honor to the YWCA Greater Flint or Voices for Children.
