SOWDEN, Greta Fern -Age 95, of Grand Blanc, died November 30, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Services will be held 1 Pm Saturday March 18 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Pastor Doug Klein officiating. Visitation will be held 11 AM until time of service on Saturday March 18 at the funeral home. Greta was born February 9, 1921 in Colfax, Township the daughter of Blake and Agnes (Coates) Snider. Greta is survived by her children, G. John Sowden of Alpena and Sharon L. Richardson of Grand Blanc; grand children, John, Julie, Christine, Gina, Danny, Lance, Stacy, Gary Jr., and Michelle; several great grand children and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon; son, Gary; sister, Gertrude Bowron; brother, Melvin Snider; son-in-law, Bill Richardson; daughter-in-law, Judy Sowden.
