Greta Perrine

PERRINE, Greta - Age 78, of Flint Township, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, August 23, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed via the link on Mrs. Perrine's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 from 12 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Society.

Greta was born June 6, 1946 in Aschaffenburg, Germany, the daughter of Philip and Emily (Bendle) Cozacioc. She was a 1964 graduate of St. Michael Catholic High School. She married John Louis Perrine August 25, 1990 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Flint. She had resided in Flint Township since 1990 coming from Grand Blanc. Greta retired from Financial Plus Credit Union (Westside Credit Union) in the Fraud Department. She enjoyed gardening, yoga, zumba, walking and most of all spending time with her family. 

Surviving are: her husband, John; daughter, Carrie (Brett) Kuhlmann of Grand Blanc; son, Brian (Tonya) Dorsett of Ft. Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Kennedy and Carson Kuhlmann and Anthony and Derek Dorsett. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Peter Cozacioc.
