Palmateer, Gregory Floyd Jr. - Age 37, of Flint died February 17, 2018. Funeral Service will be held 2PM Friday, February 23 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Visitation will be 3PM-8PM Thursday, and 12PM until time of service on Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Gregory was born on September 10, 1980 in Flint, MI. the son of Gregory Sr. and Nancy (Wade) Palmateer. Gregory was a jack of all trades and could fix anything, working in shops and factories throughout his life. He married Destanie Gilbert on October 29, 1999 in Burton. Gregory was an avid hunter/trapper, and fisherman. He was an amazing husband and father and loved his wife and girls beyond measure. He enjoyed collecting coins, and guns, tinkering in his garage, and most of all hanging out with his family. He is survived by his wife of 18 years Destanie; 3 daughters, Brooklyn, Victoria, and Alexandria; father, Gregory Sr. (Brenda) Palmateer; mother, Nancy (Dan) Bearup; grandfather, Robert Palmateer; siblings, Amy and Eric Palmateer; his in-laws, Roger, Joscelyn, Dakota, and Amanda Gilbert; and aunt, Sherri Slaght.
