Gregory Buckner

Buckner, Gregory Ira - Age 66, of Flint, passed away, Thursday, October 6, 2022. Per Gregory's request cremation has taken place. No services will be held. Gregory was born June 25, 1956 in Flint, the son of Jay Daniel and Barbara Ann (Leonard) Buckner. He lived in Flint his entire life. Gregory was a 1974 Grand Blanc High School graduate. He was an insurance agent and owned his own agency. Gregory enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing. He played hockey and enjoyed watching sports especially Michigan State University. Gregory is survived by 3 children, Hillari (Nathan) Crawford of Owosso, Davis Buckner of Swartz Creek, Abigail Buckner of Swartz Creek; mother, Barbara Buckner of Flint; sisters, Kathryn (Charlie) Lunn of Georgia, Sara (Rod) Rodriquez of Texas, Mary (Matt) McCarty of North Carolina, and Laura Wallace of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews, and caring Friend, step mother to Hillari and mother of Davis and Abigail, Nancy Buckner.
