Grace WISE

WISE, Grace - Age 93, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, March 12, 2010 at Kith Haven. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, March 15, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, with Deacon Ron Rowe officiating. Burial in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held Saturday from 6-8 PM, Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM and Monday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Alzheimers Association. Mrs. Wise was born October 19, 1916 in Bagdad, FL, the daughter of Charles and Minnie (McCrellas) Prince. She married Hurshel Wise April 4, 1937 in Alabama and he preceded her in death September 16, 2005. She had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 60 years. Mrs. Wise retired from Swartz Creek Community School as a cook. Surviving are: daughter, Mavis Jean and husband James Baldwin of Argentine; son, Michael Hurshel and wife Beverly Wise of Flint; son-in-law, Donald Freidenburg of Swartz Creek; 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
