Grace Williams

WILLIAMS, Grace Ann- Age 85 of Vassar, formerly of Davison, died January 12, 2016. Per Grace's wishes, she has donated her body to the University of Michigan. No services will be held at this time. Grace was born August 1, 1930 in Flint to Leonard and Dorothea (Endalies) Hayes. She was a graduate of Kearsley High School and she retired in 1996 from being an LPN having worked in various local hospitals. Grace was a member of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs. She was an athletic woman who enjoyed the high dive and running. Grace participated in the Polar Bear Swim every year. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah A. (Robert) Pounds of Vassar, Susan K. (Randy) Dabbs of Swartz Creek, and Carol A. Gillespie of West Branch. Grandchildren, Thomas (Tonya) Pounds, Brian (Angie) Pounds, Sandy (Trevor) Hicks, and Jennifer Gillespie. Grace was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters, and two brothers. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at Rockwell Memory Care and Andy and Ashley from Hometown Hospice.
